GRESHAM -- The Oregon Department of Human Services office in Gresham is getting an extreme makeover thanks to the City Bible Church.
Hundreds of church volunteers spiffed up the building Saturday and they'll be back Sunday and Monday too.
Church members said they want to give back to a group of people who do a difficult job.
?I'm going to guess around 10,000 square feet that we have actually gone through and renovated,? said Marc Estes from City Bible Church. ?Everything from the floor up, new carpet, new paint, new furniture, new accessories on the wall, we've done everything.?
Estes said there will be about 3,000 or 4,000 hours put into the project, and about $50,000 worth of donations by the community.
